The Bank Short Sale Process Defined !  

Success is described by the Bank allowing you to sell yor home for less then you owe on the property !

You should ask yourself these few questions? Do you owe more then what your home is currently worth? Are you struggling or have stopped making your mortgage payment ? If you answer "Yes to these questions, you may be eligible to short sales your property. All the Realtor fees are paid by the lender at the closing of the bank short sale.
