Cape Coral Florida waterfront foreclosures & bank short sales. I just wanted to share with all my readers a couple of the homes we toured yesterday. I was out with clients looking a waterfront pool homes under $165,000, we took a look at seven foreclosures on waterfront canals located in Southwest and Southeast sections of Cape Coral Florida as you can see there where some very nice homes.
These homes had some work that would have to be done before moving into hem, but most of the required work would be light fixtures, ceiling fans,and some new flooring in he bedrooms. there where four out of the seven that I would suggest the buyer purchase new appliances.
There are hidden treasures out there to be found if the home buyer dose not mind doing or hiring someone to do a little work. Doing a little research understanding the current real estate market you can find a outstanding waterfront home at the fraction of the prices just a few years ago.
