Our home prices are very low compared to the rest of Florida Cities on either coast. I feel we will see this interest continue to pick up as we work our way to the start of the fall and winter selling season.
Just yesterday I have received two emails in reference to Foreign Nationals with the Canadian Dollar and EURO so strong they are thinking about buying here in southwest Florida. The Royal Bank of Canada has bank here in Fort Myers and I put all my clients in contact with them I have closed two loans with them and everything went very smoothly.
